Experienced in performing complex ABAP programming, design, testing and debugging of modules Experience in SAP ABAP environment including ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, BAPIs, BADIs, ABAP Objects, Function Modules.

At least 1 full life-cycle implementation of SAP CRB Billing in Gas utility.

Some experience in CRM ABAPUI Working knowledge of Interlinking between Contracts, Contract Accounts, Business Partnerrsquos and Installations.

Should have experience of Customer Service operations, business processes, and systems such as Customer Contact, Move-ins, Move-outs, Disconnects, Reconnects etc.
