This position will analyze, define, maintain and translate into functional specifications the identified population health needs of the organization.
The position will be integral in the design, development, testing, and implementation of application systems.
Preferred Experience Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, and/or other data analysis reporting tools Experience working with business intelligence and metrics in a healthcare setting preferably in the Population Health Management operations area Experience in gathering requirements, identifying appropriate metrics to determine feature success.
Demonstrated knowledge of Health Information systems to provide collaborative recommendations with internal technical and clinical teams to align with medical management’s current or proposed functionality.Sandhills Center offers an Excellent Benefits package.
