Minimum Requirements6-10 years (Senior TPM)/10-15+ years (Director)/12+ years (Senior Director) of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.6+ years of solution management experience for software or SaaS experience.3+ years of successfully implementing and managing SaaS product development programs; strong knowledge of theSaaS business model and its product development lifecycle.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies.Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike.Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship building skills conducive to driving consensus; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.Experience with Portfolio Management.Ability to master technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program.Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.Ability to successfully partner with all functions across the entire company.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

This person will partner with our CSI leadership team on this initiative in addition to helping to plan, organize, and work with teams to help execute the vision, adding to the corporate value stream.
They will also represent the CSI in program planning, priorities, and business requirements to groups throughout the organization..

Senior Manager, Technical Program Management, Tableau CRMThe Senior Manager of Technical Program Management for Tableau CRM will be driving and own technical program management across Tableau CRM product and engineering functions, and their collaborations/partnerships with other organizations within Salesforce.
This person will partner with our leadership team to drive strategy, in addition to helping to plan, organize, and work with teams to help execute the vision for our key initiatives.
Primary focus will be working with our AI teams across the Tableau CRM and Data Platform teams.
The SM/Director will also represent the Tableau CRM team’s release plan, priorities, and business requirements to groups throughout the organization.

Director, Technical Program Management, Intelligent FeedbackThe Director of Technical Program Management, Intelligent Feedback will build and drive the operational backbone of our Intelligent Feedback initiatives.
The Intelligent Feedback team is passionate about empowering customers to influence the Salesforce product roadmap by revamping the IdeaExchange and Known Issues in order to create best-in-class feedback management experience.
These products and their supporting programs will fuel innovation, foster collaboration between the Trailblazer Community and Salesforce teams, and communicate roadmap features and bugs to customers.The TPM will drive the strategy of the program, as well as help plan, organize, and work with product, Cloud TPMs, and other cross-functional teams across the company to execute the vision.
This will involve working with product owners across Clouds to run IdeaExchange prioritization cycles and establishing scorecards to encourage and measure product team engagement with the community.
The TPM will also help with the Known Issues program, driving decisions with the team on re-platforming and establishing scorecards and modes of engagement with product and engineering teams.
This role will be responsible for coordinating with other teams such as Business Technology, Data Intelligence, and User Insights to ensure systems and processes help synthesize feedback signals to support Intelligent Feedback at scale.

Director, Technical Program Management, EssentialsThe Director of Technical Program Management for Essentials will be responsible for leading strategic cross-functional and operational programs supporting the Essentials business.
This person will partner with Essentials leadership to drive the strategy of these programs and deliver on the product roadmaps that align to the Salesforce Simple and Slack CRM methods.
The work will include an Essentials product roadmap that positions it as the logo engine for Salesforce and the jumping point for higher editions.
Pending the Slack acquisition, this person will also ensure successful delivery of a new Slack CRM that delivers an easy to use experience.
These initiatives will require close coordination with other teams including Sales Cloud to ensure alignment on tasks.
Strong candidates for this role will have experience driving cross-functional initiatives at scale and be well versed in go-to-market motions, product development, cross-cloud collaboration, as well as planning, organizing, and collaborating with teams to execute on product vision and operational excellence.
7-12 years of program management or implementation consulting is desired.

Senior Director, Technical Program Management, CRM InfrastructureThe Senior Director of Technical Program Management for CRM Infrastructure will lead a multi-year effort to increase the scale of our CRM Infrastructure to support our largest customers in the Public Cloud.
The TPM will partner with engineering leaders and key architects to enhance our CRM Transactional Platform and support our largest B2C customers on Hyperforce.
This uber program is in the early stages of architecture alignment and planning and this TPM will need to ensure progress in this fuzzy front end and then drive the execution through a series of major milestones.
The TPM will work with executives and architects to define the program and will work with engineering leaders and their managers to plan and deliver the work.

Director, Technical Program Management, Emerging ProductsThe Director of Technical Program Management of Emerging Products will work in concert with the Emerging Products Go to Market group and Cloud TPMs to build the operational backbone of our new product launch engine and drive scale in launching innovation at Salesforce.
The TPM will stay abreast of upcoming product launches across the Clouds and will create the strategy for scaling and enablement of the Emerging Products methodology while also driving improvements back into the process.
They will translate and map the New Product Introduction playbook to the rhythms and processes of the Cloud product development process and act as a liaison and subject matter expert to the product Cloud TPM teams.
In doing so, the TPM will ensure each Cloud team develops an Emerging Products launch competency, such that we run a consistent and effective new product introduction process across the organization, learning from each product launch.
The TPM will also, as needed, run the Emerging Product process for the highest priority/complexity tier 1 product introductions, guiding and tracking progress.
They will engage with collaborators from product, development, research and insights, marketing, pricing strategy, go-to-market strategy, customer success, alliances, and distribution.
