RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client in search of a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst in Tucson, AZ.

Key Tasks In this role you will personalize the tool experiences through rapid prototyping, agile development and coordinated releases Facilitate joint design sessions to refine defined experience requirements Develop functional andor non-functional prototypes to gain alignmentacceptance Develop and deliver new solutions at scale to support or personalize expert experiences Ensure developed solutions meet enterprise development standards Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories andor initiatives REQUIREMENTS Salesforce Admin certification required Salesforce Service Cloud certification highly preferred Solid knowledge and hands on configuration andor development experience with Salesforce platform A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication Experience with Agile development and methodologies Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on time A strong sense of urgency to help customers and the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality, innovative experiences quickly Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
