We are currently looking for a highly motivated Oracle DBA with a desire to break away from the corporate work environment and embrace a small, yet rapidly growing company atmosphere.No Visa Sponsorship is available for this position.Job Description: Experienced Oracle DBA, with architecture, operational support and database installations (R11 and R12) including Data Guard, Physical standby, RAC, Grid and standby replication.Experience with 24×7 support of production database environmentsDuties include performance and analysis and complex query performance tuning.Experience in designing, implementing, and verification of disaster recovery (DR) strategiesDevelopment of scripts for Unix, related to Oracle infrastructure and installationsAssistance with SQL and PL/SQL development and performance analysis.Establishing and documenting database architectural guidelines, establishing operational best practicesStrong skills with SQL tuning and PL/SQL debugging/tuning, ETL and IntegrationsManaging data security within the DB and on behalf of the ApplicationCapacity analysis of Oracle DatabasesDesign and maintain the backup & recovery systemImplement Oracle failover technology within the DR facilityExperienced in “Unix / Linux”Skills Required: Experience with Oracle RDBMS releases 10g through 18cAbility to write efficient SQL and PL/SQLAbility to write Unix shell or Perl scriptsDesirable Skills: Oracle tuning skills, at SQL and database levelExperience with Oracle clusters (RAC, GRID)Oracle-based integration experienceExperience with MS SQLServer administration and Transact SQL (or just TSQL) is a plusQualifications: Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, CIS or similar discipline, or equivalent4+ years of Oracle DBA or Oracle-based development experienceComprehensive Compensation and Benefits PackageHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, STD & LTD120 hours Accrued PTO in first year401k Employer Match 100% vestedJob Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Greenwood Village, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:MySQL: 1 year (Preferred)Database administration: 5 years (Required)Oracle: 5 years (Required)PL/SQL: 1 year (Required)RAC: 1 year (Preferred)UNIX: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location
