Lockheed Martin is looking for an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) Electrical/RF Hardware Design subject matter expert in support of the Advanced Airborne Electronic Warfare (A2EW) Business Area and larger Spectrum Convergence Organization in Owego, NY. The successful candidate will have hands on experience with the development of EW systems/subsystems. This is a senior position that requires a highly motivated individual with demonstrated exemplary communication skills as well as customer interface experience. It is not unusual to have multiple concurrent responsibilities, so being highly organized and having a follow-through mindset is critical. This role will be expected to perform the following duties:

Basic Qualifications:
•Excellent communication skills, both written and oral •Strong Leader that is able to lead diverse teams •Experience with designing/developing/integrating EW systems
•Experience leading complex hardware development programs through design, qualification and production delivery
•Able to obtain DoD Security Clearance
•Development work in support of advanced state-of-the-art RF and Microwave circuit design for communications and electronic warfare systems.
•Design, test, and evaluate RF, analog, and digital hardware and test equipment. •Extensive experience with laboratory work/testing and with analog, RF, and digital hardware, including practical experience with network analyzers, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
•ADS Circuit Modelling, Ansoft HFSS, Sonnet, Microwave Office, Matlab, Spice, Wireless Communication, Network analyzer experience, Spectrum analyzer experience
Desired Skills:
Experience with miniature EW Electronics
Digital Signal Processing expertise
DoD Customer Experience
Experience with High density PCB design that includes Power, Digital, and Analog layouts
