REMOTE Back End Software Engineer

Lamps Plus is looking for a Sr.

Back End Developer to join their Web Development team.

This person will be responsible for sort related projects such as feature additions, integrations with new vendors, and overall site improvements.

In addition, this person will document functional software requirements and formulate design documents including UML diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, ER diagrams, and database design with normalization.

Seeing as this is a Sr.

level role, it is expected for this person to participate in architecture reviews, information sharing sessions, and junior software developer trainings when needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on highly scalable applications with a large user base and will have experience working in a Scrum/Kanban environment.

Must Haves:

– 5+ years of experience with C# or .Net 4.5 or later

– 3-4 years of experience with MS SQL Server 2008 or later

o Including SQL coding skills, stored procedures, and database design

– 3-4 years of experience with Entity Framework and LINQ

– Experience working on B2C or B2B2C applications

– Ability to work both independently and in a team dynamic

Desired Skills

– Front End skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

– Experience with Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery

– eCommerce exposure

– Automated testing experience with Selenium
