RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce’s client is looking to bring on a Remedy Technical Analyst to join their organization in Jersey City, NJ.
Summary The Remedy Technical Analyst will work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, prioritize, clarify, validate, and document requirements for changes to Remedy Technical Analyst position responsible for technical assistance during the analysis, design, and implementation of BMC Remedy ITSM and Service Management applications, for the small, medium and large enterprise Remedy projects.
Responsibilities Analyze business requirements, collect details and provide comprehensive documentation required for developing workflows for system functionality and customization, provide recommendation to users Resolve configuration-related incidents and issues Conduct the UAT testing and manage communication with users Knowledge the remedy reporting tools, run or assist running reports on need it bases Collect detailed requirement of enhancements required by users, validating and recommending options that most appropriate for implementation and the long-term strategy Provide details implementation document that should include the workflow diagrams and ExcelWord documents with details of configuration and functional changes Maintain proper communication with the requesters and potentially impacted business andor associates to ensure all requirements are met before new functionalities go to production Resolve issues related to users’ configurations that affect user’s access to various remedy modules as well as issues related to the remedy emails, ticket routings and assignments Conduct the UAT testing and validate with users that provided new or changed functionalities meet user’s requirements Keep comprehensive documentation of all ongoing and future Remedy projects Train users and provide required documentation of the new and existing functionalities Assist Service Desk and Command Center REQUIREMENTS 4-year college degree Business or Information Technology degree preferred 4 years minimum of business analysis or equivalent 3 years of Remedy-system related experience Candidate should have deep understanding of different types of the remedy workflow and be able to provide recommendations to the end-users and developers Advanced written and verbal communication skills Advanced active listening skills Able to analyze and solve problems of a complex nature with little guidance and is often sought out to guide others Adept in a large variety of elicitation, facilitation, and modeling techniques Able to work effectively in a team environment, building rapport and relationships to develop an advanced level of organizational savvy Advanced organization and time management skills Advanced in conflict resolution strategies Proficient in the use of web-based document repository applications (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint) Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
