Job Description Our client is seeking a developer to support our Mobile App, a Front-end full stack developer with React Native experience to build native applications for both iOS and Android.

The role will involve leading the effort to design and implement world-class mobile applications for both platforms.

The key is to be able to use JavaScript to build most of the application while utilizing native components where it enhances user experience.

The candidate should be a team player capable of working with distributed teams and interfacing with backend teams for APIs.

Responsibilities Build mobile native applications with great user experience that work on iOS and Android Create and deploy apps on both platforms.

Manage ongoing lifecycle of apps.

Lead a team of developers to build an app from conception to production Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixesmdashReact Native moves fast and often breaks things.

Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

SkillsQualifications Solid experience with working on Front-end technologies ndash JavaScript, React, Redux, CSS, HTML5 Familiarity with Objective-C and Swift native development Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6 syntax Good understanding of architectural patterns like MVC, MVVM etc.

At least 2 years of experience building native apps using React Native Understanding of native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms Good familiarity with Apple and Android App Store policies and best practices Understanding mobile app design guidelines for each platform and being aware of their differences Good understanding of NodeJS Functional and Object-oriented programming experience Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code Rock-solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio etc.

Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage Experience with Databases like MySQL, MongoDB PostgreSQL Experience with CICD Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest and Mocha Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Development, Technology or related field (Including an understanding of the technical and client experience differences between site, mobile web, tablet and apps Experience as a team leader who can think strategically and grow the team rapidly) Good customer-facing and communication skills Experience with offshore development teams is preferred A Bachelorrsquos Degree in computer-related field is required to perform at expectation TECHEAD’s mission is to make our on-site associates successful by placing them in the right environment so they can grow and prosper.
