Quality Manager (Microwave Electronics)

We’re targeting to hire a seasoned Quality Manager with microwave electronics manufacturing and a lean six sigma background to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing
– Provide direction, supervision guidance to ensure alignment with quality policy strategic objectives organization goals that drive to zero defects
– Collaborate w senior leadership for planning execution management of process improvements projects
– Develop quality assurance staff by recruiting, orienting training developing team
– Ensure performance quality products conform to established company regulatory standards
– Lead integrated senior management teams to determine strategy and tactical deployment, improve performance lower costs generate innovative solutions
– Investigate problems develop disposition corrective actions for recurring discrepancies
– Lead management review meetings annually regarding compliance w QMS and global quality policy
– Ensure processes for corrective preventive actions are implemented executed throughout manufacturing facilities
– Assist w customer quality audits What You Need for this Position
– Bachelor’s in Mechanical Industrial Electrical required (MBA would be ideal)
– 10 years in Engineering Quality (5 as a Quality Manager or similar leadership role)
– Experience w AS9100 and MIL Std 883750
– Root Cause Analysis Tools Lean Manufacturing Statistical Process Control
– Experience w any of the following would be ideal Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), National Aerospace Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (Nadcap)
– Familiarity w regulatory requirements i.e.

GovernmentMilitary contracts Aerospace industry experience
– Lean Six Sigma Green Black Belt certified
