Our local client in the Boise, Idaho area is looking for a Senior Telecom Project Manager to join an existing team working onsite.

Your responsibilities in this role
– Operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
– Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
– Aids to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests
– Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product
– Associates with Product Owner/Product Manager to make sure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are unmistakable and attainable
– Interacts and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members
– Sets out project with right ticket workflows and boards
– Manages project planning
– Establishes detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion
– Supports the daily stand-ups, guaranteeing their are focused, brief, and timely
– Exercises as Scrum Master for the developers on the team
– leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively
– Sets out the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
– Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager
– Aids to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
– Tracks and schedules projects
– as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
– Plans and governs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments
– Guarantee that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked
– Combines info from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into ideas
– Handles deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops
– Support the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products Job Requirements:
– Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments
– Project management skills, strong operational abilities, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory qualifications
– Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
– Strong problem solving and analytical skills
– Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
– Applicants should have a Project Management (PMP) certification
