Project Manager, Scrum Master (PMP, CSM)

Project Manager Scrum Master role in Financial Technology, Banking, Investment, and Lending applications with responsibility for supporting multiple project workstreams and IT project initiatives.

Serve as Lead Project Manager and Scrum Master on two transformational technology projects
– Risk Participation Swaps and Receivable Purchase Program.

Risk Participation Swaps Finance project for Risk Participant swaps
– background in investment banking, financial swaps, risk swaps, interest rate swaps (like Vanguard, Fidelity, Schwab, Oppenheimer, etc.) Receivable Purchase Project Receivables purchasing tool implementation to simplify process and reduce risk during purchase, tracking, payment, and reporting of receivables (Banking, Lending, Loan Accounting) Responsibilities Drive transformational technology projects that will change and improve business processes and capabilities.

Work in teams (PM Lead, Tech Lead, Business Lead) to deliver projects in scope, schedule, budget, quality.

Lead PM Integrated Project Plans, IT SDLC, Dev, QA, release, implementation, support, training, and adoption.

CSM for Agile ceremonies
– PI EPICSprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, and sprint retrospectives to actively manage risks and external dependencies Manage Project documentation MS Project, TFS, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Visio, and Clarity PPM.

Agile Metrics
– Build and maintain Epic release burndown chart, velocity chart, control chart, cumulative flow PMO strategic plan and track (Clarity PPM) project baseline, forecast, actuals, dependencies, risk mitigation.

Project Financials
– budget, EVM, variances, cost transparency, allocation, accruals, monthly reporting.

Executive presentations delivering status, incremental delivery, showcase project overall progress.

Consult executives on achieving maximum benefit and ROI in transformational initiatives.

Drive transformational project adoption
– working with Change Management, Training, and support teams to enable business process improvement, training, transformation and adoption of new applications.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree AND 5 Years Project Management of multiple concurrent Technology projects.

PMP and CSM certifications 1-2 years Project Management in Banking, Investment banking, lending, Financial Risk industries Project Management experience with PMOPPM tools (Clarity, MS Project, Cherwell, Wrike, etc.) SCRUM, Agile, SAFe methodology, frameworks, tools, and metrics
– TFS, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Rally, etc.

CSM experience leading Agile ceremonies
– PIEPICsprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, and sprint retrospectives to actively remove roadblocks, manage risks, and external dependencies.

Project Financials
– budget, EVM, variances, cost transparency, allocation, accruals, monthly reporting.

Transformational technology project adoption
– business process improvement, future state process mapping, championing transformation and adoption new applications, systems, or platforms.

Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, TQM, PROSCI ADKAR, Change Management methodology a major plus.
