Your work in the telecommunications industry makes you an experienced asset, capable of understanding our business and how it works; and your project management know-how makes you a great fit for taking on demanding projects.MAJOR TASKS* Manage Technical Automation Projects and their business application* Experience managing Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) utilizing Blue Prism* RPA Project Manager will partner with various functional groups to identify and implement opportunities to the business* Collaboratively work with business owners to analyze as-is and to-be RPA processes.
Translate requirements to process improvements that the BOT software engineers can code to* Collaboratively work change management with business owners for adoption* Demonstration of SDLC and simplified BOT testing procedures* Develops detailed project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet needs of customers* Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations* Develops and executes management plans for time, cost, scope, quality, communications, risk, human resources, procurement and integration* Reports on project progress throughout the project lifecycle or specific phases within the Solutions Delivery Life cycle (SDLC).* Communicates major milestones and identifies potential project risks; conducts regular status meetings to review project activities; manages prioritization procedures* Develops methods to measure customer satisfaction; obtains feedback at critical milestones and at project completion to ensure that project efforts meeting customer expectations for time, cost, and results* Takes responsibility for changes to applications software and systems environments to ensure that changes to the environment have been properly analyzed and adequately coordinated and do not adversely impact the company’s ability to meet published customer service level agreements;* Produce and report on KPIs and metrics.* Accountable for tracking and managing the creation of functional designs; identifies risks and benefits of alternate designs; calculates costs/benefits of potential actions or solutions to establish their viability/ROI; assesses project impact of system changes on users and internal and external customers and stakeholdersQualifications:MINIMUM* Where permitted by applicable law, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be considered for this U.S.

Change management, process improvement, project management, Engineering, Technical Operations) or academic equivalent training or projects* Requires working knowledge for project management disciplines* Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skillsPREFERRED* BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly preferred (i.e.
Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical degree)* Strong Operations background
– Metrics, understanding of cost of delivery, “Lean Operations Management”, Quality Initiatives, Standardization Project Management, Critical Path Methodology, etc.* Knowledge of OPTIX and CB Sales and Order Management processes or similar CRM/OM workflow management applications* Strong knowledge of Tableau Reporting and analytical data extraction and manipulation* Strong to expert skills in MS-Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required, with the ability to become proficient in other software tools as needed.* Exceptional interpersonal/people skills including verbal and written communication skills, integrity, sound judgment and decision making ability to all organizational levels.
