Project Manager I

Apex Systems currently has a 12 month contract opening for a Project Manager.

We are looking for someone with experience in project logistic management.

Position Project Manager Location Redmond, WA Contract Length 12 Months Duties Monitoring project scope, plans, schedules and identify deviations to plan.

Determining and reporting changes.

Identifying, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Monitoring project deadlines and reporting risks.

Assist with financial tracking Assist with new equipment procurement lifecycle management Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings as needed.

Providing administrative support as needed.

Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings as required.

Undertaking project tasks as required.

Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Manage day to day updates and coordination of requests Support request process from triage to completion Skills 2 years of project management Has a solid background (3-5 years experience) in Project Coordination (or similar roles).

Customer service oriented Experience with equipment installations.

Strong communication Proficiency with MS Office applications, Microsoft Project or similar project management suites.

Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional projects from task initiation through close Education BABS degree in a related field preferred EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
