Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in search of a Project Manger in Louisville, KY.

Key Tasks: Defining and leading the execution of the HR Vendor Contracting projects which will bring leading edge technology solutions to bear on opportunities in this space Project Manager should be very well versed with Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope Partnering closely with stakeholders and cross functional teams including Design, IT, Engineers, Auditors, HR Professionals and Risk Leads Oversee all aspects of projects; Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project; Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget The ideal candidate has significant experience launching/supporting SaaS based projects and leading highly cross-functional teams to create compelling IT solutions Manage Projects working with HR teams and other IT Technology Solutions team members PM should be highly motivated and ready to take on projects PM should ensure that the project remains on time and on budget and help motivate team members to hit their goals Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: PMP Certification Prior Knowledge within Project Management Modules such as Clarity/ServiceNow will be an added advantage Working knowledge on Projects involving Vendor Contracting is desirable Working knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Excel, Outlook, Teams is required Excellent client-facing communication skills Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
