– Emergencies / Production Incidents
– Emergencies and failures related to the application are limited to those, which will cause the card production to cease.
Able to troubleshoot and resolve incidents by joining conference meetings through Microsoft teams whenever required by business.
Development
– Development includes adding new or improved software related to function, performance, reliability or quality.
Maintenance
– Process analysis and troubleshooting.
Minor, non-functional changes to forms or reports.
Documentation
– Able to document the application features as prioritized by the product team The position shall require providing the maintenance and support services remotely.
The development and unit testing will be carried in Fiserv environment.
Able to quickly learn the system with minimum support and get up to speed in understanding the application.
