Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client seeking a Program Manager in Findlay, OH.

Essential Duties Responsible for adherence to Program and Project management methodologies standards for investments they execute Usage of prescribed tools used in the execution process (e.g.

CA PPM, HP Application Lifecycle Management ALM) Issue, Risk and Change Management as it relates to Program and Project Management Escalation of risk, issues and other variance in scope or execution of Programs and Projects as required Management of resources assigned to Programs andor projects to ensure once plan established, it is adhered Any variations are to be mitigated by Program Manager or escalated to proper management leaders Communication with teams they are directing to ensure team issuesconcerns are addressed and scope, timeline and budget are effectively managed Engaged relationship with leadership in IT and Global Operations to understand result in investments initiatives so they can advocate protect programs projects in their charge REQUIREMENTS Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned Any relevant education andor training will be considered a plus Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
