Job Description: Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud ConsultantJob Type: 12+ Months Contract (100% Remote)The Client needs a functional resource to work on the Oracle HCM project.Required SkillsOracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC)Experience with Oracle onboarding is required.Responsibilities:Experience in delivering at least 1 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation (Including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, deployment)Hands-on configuration experience in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modulesBe able to demonstrate knowledge of human resource best practices and end-to-end processesExperience in providing solution recommendations to complex business challengesExcellent client-facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levels
