Product Support Specialist

Description Robert Half technology is currently seeking a Manufacturing Assembler for a reputable electrical component manufacturer in Colorado Springs.

Assemblers aid in the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of component parts and products.

Candidates must also maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities 1.Produce porous getter and sputtered getter products according to specification, drawings, and established procedures.

2.Maintain cleanroom protocol as required.

3.Fill in appropriate information on work order routings, inspection records, logs, and other forms or documents.

4.Account for all raw materials used and fill in appropriate information on work order routings, inspection records, logs, and other forms or documents.

5.Maintain the cleanliness of the production area and any equipment used in the production process according to established procedures 6.Package completed product to include typing of labels and operation of ultrasonic welder, canning machine, and vacuum sealer 7.Fully participate in organized stretching program at appropriate times throughout the day.

Adhere to procedures regarding use of ergonomic aides such as chairs, pads, straps, or other equipment.

8.Enter data into manufacturing software to include labor hours and materials and receive finished goods into inventory locations according to established procedures.

9.Assist other manufacturing personnel as required.

Operate within standard work instructions and routings.

10.Adhere to production schedules and report material shortages 11.Accurately document all required entries in work instructions and inspection records.

– Bending, stooping, sitting, turning, and microscope use for extended periods.

2.Education
– High school diploma or equivalent.

3.Experience
– 2 years production experience in cleanroom, wafer fab, mechanicalelectrical assembly of small partsdevices or a combination of education and relative experience.

4.Strong organizational and time management skills, work independently without constant supervision, and possess good oralwritten communication skills.

5.Mandatory
– Must pass color and near vision eye test 6.U.S.

citizen or must be eligible to work in the U.S.
