In this role you will be helping Montefiore work towards integrating a video vendor for Telemedicine working with EPIC .
Telemedicine requires a new set of configurations and support models for connecting Epic with an integrated video vendor into the clinician’s workflow using Epic Hyperspace, MyChart, Haiku, and EpicCare Link.
The Epic product-specific build includes scheduling and workflows of providers and patients, including the support models to achieve a successful implementation and ongoing support.
The architecture will include EPIC MyChart, HyperSpace, HaikuCanto, EpicCare Link and a third party video vendor.
Your team will be working closely with EPIC Welcome and Happy Together teams on future growth to My Chart Bedside.

The Telemedicine-MyChart Product Manager The Product Manager is responsible for the design and delivery of the integrated, cross-app Epic telemedicine workflows and ensuring that the product meets the needs of the client.
The Product Manager develops project work plans, work breakdown structures and schedules and ensures projects are consistent with the overall customer objectives and strategic plans.
The Epic Product Manager provides expert knowledge of the business or clinical function being supported and provides perspective on common challenges and strategies for success.
The Product Manager motivates, guides, and leads an implementation team.
Product Management
– Subject matter expert for the implementation of a new care management solution provide high-level input on product design and optimization provide expert guidance to the team on care management solutions manage product requests, review requirements and specifications, and work closely with technical teams and end-users to assure high quality determines the viability of integrating requests for changes with the complete list of customer requests Staff Management
– Manage assigned resources Demonstrate effective internal communication and task delegation while providing support and guidance mentor and identify training needs for team members, ensuring professional development and superior technical expertise ClientStakeholder Management
– Understand customer requirements and impact of system issues meet with clients regularly and establishes priorities by working with clients and end-users Works closely with the team to deliver high-quality customer support Issue Management
– Control and manage production system issues triage issues conduct detailed impact analysis, root cause analysis, and downstream effects of modifications implement code fixes, one-time scripts, and data cleanup.
Determine most effective way to operationalize fixes Project Management
– Control and manage projects with an end result orientation, including all project phasestasks as applicable to the project size Coordinate with project managers responsible for implementation as well as other product managers involved in multi-disciplinary efforts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years of clinical technology experience in this area of expertise Minimum 2 years of experience managing direct reports including employee selection, performance management, delegation, and motivating and rewarding others EPIC Certification is required
