Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Training Systems Network/Cyber Administrator. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Training Systems Team (TST) Training & Mission Integration Integrated Product Team (IPT).
What Youll Get To Do:
Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.
Make recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.
Develop and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
Ancillary duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.
Develop and maintains Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) based networks for training systems
Identify and applies cybersecurity controls, industry best practices, security control software, and scanning suites
Collaborate with Cyber, Systems, and Software Engineers to ensure network requirements are met
Perform network analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repair
Perform system administration of IT assets, user accounts, network architecture

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Youll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 6 years experience and /or Masters Degree and 4 years experience. Addition experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
DOD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification
An active DoD Secret Clearance
CISSP or equivalent certifications for an IASAE II
Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements and associated Systems Engineering
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Understanding of as-a-Services architecture and protocols.
Experience in Training Networks, Training Interfaces, Integrated Training Protocols and Security.
CSSP Incident Responder certification
Network CCNA, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or equivalent
Working knowledge of Software Defined Network (SDN), network functions, and distributed networks
Familiarization with Cloud and service architectures, Virtualization (NFV), and Containers
Agile Implementation
Scrum Master Certification
Salary Range: $79,400.00 – $119,200.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
