Partner Learning Connection (PLC) is a mechanism to connect regularly with partners to understand their learning needs, requirements, and pain points and then generate data-driven recommendations for solutions to address them.
The data we collect from partners will help us make changes to continuously improve their learning experience.
As the program manager on the Partner Learning Solution team, you will be responsible for managing and driving the PLC mechanism as well as other training programs.
You will be responsible for the planning and operational logistics which will include working with stakeholders on defining need, collecting feedback from partners, writing feedback briefs, writing study results, and using the insights learned to make recommendations to the Partner Training team.
This position will work closely with other program and project managers on the Partner Learning Solutions team and will collaborate across both the AWS Partner Network and Training & Certification teams.
We are looking for a world-class candidate to lead this global effort for our AWS Partners.
The Training & Certification (T&C) programs and operations team serves a wide variety of partners (consulting and technology) in all geographies.
The T&C organization covers the globe and our Amazon Partner Network (APN) partners including but not limited to Global Service Integrators (GSI), Standard Partners, Advanced Partners, Premier Partners, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) partners, Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) partners, Independent Software Vendors (ISV), Independent Hardware Vendors (IHV), Startups, etc.
Responsibilities: Collect stakeholder feedback and prioritize research needs and objectives.
Define feedback objectives and write briefs that define objectives, activities, and collection methods.
Consult and align with AWS Training and Certification user experience and research teams.
Build quarterly plan and tracking roadmap.
Conduct feedback studies and collect results from partners using various modalities, e.g.
surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.
Analyze data, draw insights and complete reports with findings.
Create action plan based on report recommendations and present it to leadership.
Report status of projects, maintain dashboard and communicate to the Partner Training team and stakeholders.
Maintain a location for cataloging and sharing the insights from the studies.
Study competitive partner training programs and innovative learning solutions.
Basic Qualifications 3 years of Enterprise Technology experience managing large initiatives and working in a partner-oriented or training roles.
3 years track record in a program management role Travel up to 25-40%, domestic and globally, sometimes on short notice Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
