Operations Support with Security Background 100 Remote Operations support position will be responsible work with the Ops team lead and members of the team to support process enhancement, automation, and documentation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist in assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data Creating project plans for assigned projects Lead project meetings with identified team members Work collaboratively with external stakeholders and business representatives on assigned projects.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral, communicate effectively with leads, process owners, stakeholders, and other audiences Use an Agile delivery approach to iterate through work faster and more effectively Use an Agile mindset to influence, negotiate and make decisions QUALIFICATIONS Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
