Onward Search: Senior Devops Engineer (Azure)

National Health Client is seeking a DevOps Engineer extensively experience in Azure to join them on a long term contract engagement.Skills & Qualifications:Expertise with cloud migration within AzureStrong communication skillsNeed to be able to pitch / sell the move and articulate cost savingsDiscover phase will start in November and the migration will kick off Jan 2021 will need to map out and executeResponsibilities:Setup and maintain a scalable, stable set of build, test, and deploy jobsOwn, extend, and maintain Azure based infrastructureExtend the build system for new applications as neededTake ownership of core automation tools such as GitHub and CircleCIEnsure the infrastructure is secure, recoverable (disaster, data) and maintained (security patches, tool upgrades, etc) and automatedEnsure the infrastructure is structured in a cost-effective mannerApproaches infrastructure architecture from a design driven standpoint with security, reliability and scalability as its coreAbility to develop in either Python or Bash.
