Provider Products works within Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Supply Chain, Pharmacy and Clinical functional areas. Provider Products has a robust set of products, at varying stages of development, deployment and customer adoption.Job OverviewSenior Software Engineers apply the core capabilities of Olive’s Platform offerings (e.G. Robotic Process Automation, Loop Development Kit, Pathways) as well as create new technology to build new products spanning several functional areas in Health Care (new product engineering). Senior Software Engineers own independent medium-to-large product features all the way from technical design to launch. A successful Senior Software Engineer will possess strong analytical as well as technical skills, and have the ability to communicate the logic behind technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Engineers and Product Managers to design and implement featuresAbility to meet deadlines and satisfy requirements from other Engineers and Product ManagementPeer review and code review participation to provide valuable feedback during every step of the development processQuickly produce well-organized, optimized, and documented codeCommunicate effectively and efficiently across all divisions including with the business, technical teams, and leadersTake technical ownership of tasks and successfully work independently on large scope projectsDemonstrate the ability to become a domain expert in projectsMentor and lead engineers on multiple tasks or projectsRequirementsBachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant equivalent experience6+ years of full stack development experienceHands-on experience with various SQL and NoSQL databasesHands-on experience designing event-driven architecture in AWS (e.G. AWS EventBridge, RabbitMQ, Kafka).History of designing and delivering software solutions to real world problems across a variety of technology stacks and programming languages with deep experience in several modern programming languages using object oriented programming (e.G.
