We are aggressively building the best-in-class management team and are currently seeking exceptional full-time Network Trainer.Oversees the successful execution of all training and development programs throughout the Network (designated area overseen by the Network Trainer), including development and facilitation of Dunkin’ systems and tools, new product rollouts, food safety, and any programs specific to the Franchise network. Maintain communication and schedule in accordance with Directors of Training and Operations to ensure Network management and crew are actively executing current standards and procedures in restaurants.Accountabilities:Support Dunkin’ Training based on Culture Model.Support and develop training program to include, Onboarding, I-Trains, Crew Training Process, Class-Room Development, and Certification of all levels of Management through General Manager.Assist in the designation, setup, and follow up of Network Restaurant Training Sites, ensuring all Dunkin’ & Franchise training systems are in place and actively and accurately used and taught.Teach and advance class-room material, as necessary.Demonstrate competency in every position in the restaurant.Demonstrate knowledge of all recipes and all assembly procedures specific to the Brand.Provide clear, consistent communication with the Network’s Restaurant Managers and Directors of Training & Operations.Provide leadership and oversight for all Trainees and training activities within the NetworkCreate training plans for each restaurant based on Regional Supervisor designation or in support of in advance of or following trainees’ class attendanceEnsure effective tools and systems are in place to successfully roll out new products, systems, and processes in a timely & efficient manner, including Windows Training Calls and I-Train completion trackingEnsure compliance of Franchisee policies and procedures (safety, assets, cash, etc.).Work with Prevention & Loss Manager to conduct on-site audits and / or investigations, as needed or directed.Follow up, as needed or directed, on Ops Connects.Assist with trouble-shooting issues identified via the Eight-Week Trend Reports for “Bottom Five” performing units.Manage the Learning Records for each Team Member for the Network.Coordinate new Management Training Plans and follow-up on promotions from within, identify top-performers, bench-strength, and up-and-comers.Coordinate and ensure execution of crew training through I-Trains, Training Packet and all associated checklists.Support new restaurant openings / training plans and maintain a strong presence in the new restaurant through the opening weeks / months.Complete other duties, as assigned by Directors of Training and Operations, to advance a project or resolve a business issue.Develop and implement processes that drive improvement throughout the organizationUnderstand how to simplify processes to be “easy to use” and how to explain to all levels within the organization.Teach and follow-up on the Review Board Process, including set-up, scheduling, and announcement of promotions.Responsible for the recruitment and hiring as necessary within the Network. Assist HR with job fairs, initial interviews and screens for new management / management teams, and restaurant-opening crews.Organize, schedule, and execute Window-Readiness follow-up and restaurant POP configurations, as needed.Prepare and ensure distribution of any company notifications / communications, as needed, in relation to training and development of people and processes. Required Qualifications:Five years Restaurant General Manager experience and exposure to Company Training Programs.Proven track record of successful people development.Microsoft Office proficiency, including Power Point.Great organization skills and adept with technology.Strong work ethic and high integrity.Flexibility to travel for up to a week at a time.Strong understanding of business financials with the ability to communicate and teach Profit and Loss and all associated line items.Guest-focused.Uphold a professional image and demeanor with teams and guests.Communicate and demonstrate alignment with the T-Mart Leadership Team.Ability to motivate, lead, and inspire teams and individuals to learn and deal with change.Be able to create “buy off” in difficult training situations.Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills.
