The Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations team is on the cutting edge of how we keep all our customers’ information safe.

We design and implement network and security technologies for organizations.

As part of this team, you will help choose the right IT tools to maximize the effectiveness of deployed defenses and rapidly troubleshoot impacted systems.

What you’ll achieve As a Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining and managing Dell’s network security infrastructure.

You will work with our internal customers and partners, to provide support related to firewalls, proxies, VPN gateways, etc.

You will: Participate and report on cyber-related projects and customer engagements Deploy, maintain and manage network security infrastructure Provide technical support (L2 / L3) to users & business units for cyber managed infrastructure & products, including firewalls, proxies, and remote access gateways Work on TASKs and changes related to security network infrastructure Provide weekend on-call support (approximately once every 6 weeks) Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 8 years of related security networking experience Experience with firewalls (e.g.

Checkpoint, Palo Alto and/or SonicWALL) with at least 2 years hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g.

TCP/IP, DNS, SSL) Experience with security processes and documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Desired Requirements Industry certifications relevant to the role such as: CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, ACE, PCCSA, PCNSA, PCNSE etc.

Good scripting and automation skills (e.g.
