30013 Duration 12 months with possible extensions Job discription We are looking for a .NET developer to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework.
You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support.
The Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Programmer Analyst.
Under limited supervision, coordinates and performs highly technical development support to complex Internet, Intranet and Client-Server computer systems.
Provides superior technical expertise to application development staff in computer languages and development tools.
Performs advanced technical research for new technology and make recommendations to management.
Assist internal and external customers and vendors in resolving difficult technical issues, concerns and problems.
Perform work in analyzing, designing, maintaining and coding highly complex programs using the agency standard programming languages.
Communicates with other programming staff to coordinate application interfaces.
RequiredDesired Skills Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other related discipline Required .NET full stack developer with broad experience in designing and developing applications for .NET and Azure.
Required 5 Years Program development experience using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, VB.Net, ADO.Net, ASP.Net and SQL Server DBMS.
Required 5 Years Experienced in the use of Microsoftrsquos Visual Studio suite of products including Team Foundations, SharePoint and Office 365.
Required 3 Years Knowledge of building API, Web services and REST Services (JSON, XML and SOAP).
Required 3 Years Full-stack experience, front end back end included database schema design, stored procedures and SQL scripts.
Required 5 Years Experience with Secure coding practices including PCI.
Required 5 Years Knowledge of Unit, Integration, Load and Performance testing Required 5 Years Knowledge of Web Accessibility based on the WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards as well as compliance with the ADA, Section 508, and other accessibility laws.
