Need – Oracle Fusion Cloud System Functional Lead/Manager – Full Time

Job Title Oracle Fusion Cloud System Administrator Location Remote Duration Full-Time As the Oracle Fusion Cloud System Administrator, you will manage day to day needs as well as support Financial system projects. Yoursquoll partner cross-functionally with business partners across the Finance and IT organizations to deliver solutions for unique internal business needs. These projects help from a systems perspective while also driving growth, revenue, operational efficiency, cost reduction, removing friction in broken processes, buy vs build analysis, compliance efforts, etc. Responsibilities Responsible for overall management and maintenance of financial systems, with the primary focus on Oracle Fusion, but also our other primary finance systems Assess impact of quarterly updates to our existing systems and processes. Manage a group of third-party support professionals to ensure tickets are resolved in accordance with pre-defined SLAs. Ensure company security policies are being properly implemented. Provision and regularly audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Suggesting updates to maintain segregation of duties. Work with the business to develop enhancements to existing systemsmodules, and work through all project phases from project review to testing to implementation. Work with the business on report development to allow it to meet its goals and objectives. Ensure timely completion of functional specifications and configuration for these projects. Build and foster strong partnerships with business and technical leaders. Analytical rigor and strategic thinking are critical, and you will be diving into the details driving real, sustainable impact. An example of activities includes the following Manage the technical relationship and communicate with our Managed Service Provider Provide direct support to the Accounting and Finance teams Work on and manage multiple projects, partnering with multiple stakeholders, ensuring dependencies across teams are identified, and contributing to building a solid and scalable solution footprint. Maintenance of Expensify and its related integration with external banks Maintenance of historical ERP system (Great Plains) Interact directly with Cross Functional leads on the above to help inform your insights and coordinate cross-functionally across all parts of the company ndash to execute initiatives designed to scale our internal systems. High-Level Elements of this Role Deep understanding of working on large systems implementations in Oracle Fusion modules such as R2R, P2P, O2C, FA, CashTreasury Expertise in Oracle GL, AP, FA, Cash Management, PO, AR and banking areas Ability to work through issues that arise during Period Close activities and resolve them quickly. Distill complex issues into structured frameworks and create solid solution proposals. Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects. Experience in creating and executing test cases. Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting or managing Oracle ERP System Experience in at least one Oracle Fusion implementation Degree in ITAccountingFinance strongly preferred, or experience in Accounting. Current Oracle Cloud Certification is desired Prior Finance systems manager experience is needed. Excellent written, communication and people skills Problem-solving skills in identifying, diagnosing and resolving system bugs and troubleshooting problems reported by end users. Broad experience in system upgrades, integrations andor implementation activities Demonstrated ability to follow-through on post-production support tickets for effective resolution and escalation. Self-starter who sweats the details Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal direct supervision. Ability to collaborate and gain consensus among multi-functional teams. Experience working in a global enterprise company in the software industry is preferred.
