Adaptability and excitement for change and growth.*What We Offer** Supported autonomy and collaboration* Workday variety* Generous 401(k) program with 100% vesting AND company match on day 1* Competitive compensation* Other fabulous benefits include:* PTO, paid holidays, and a floating holiday* Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs* Employer-paid life and short-term disability insurance*What You’ll Do – Provider Relations & Network Support** Anticipate ongoing network needs by analyzing demographic trends, community priorities, capacity, and utilization data.* Plan strategies for recruitment, selection and retention of qualified Network Providers in geographic areas served by MCW for service categories assigned.* Develop, contract, maintain and enhance relationships with providers.* Collaborate to develop policies and procedures to oversee contract performance and compliance.* Design innovative service delivery methods to improve quality service and ensure cost effectiveness.* Negotiate and award contracts.* Analyze price proposals, service delivery proposals, financial data and other information to determine reasonableness and cost effectiveness of assigned provider service categories.* Negotiate, develop and design cost effective contracts including language and pricing methodologies.* Problem solve network issues related to assigned provider service categories, when necessary and applicable.* Ensure policies and procedures to oversee contract performance and compliance are operating as required.* Conduct fiscal and quality assurance monitoring of providers via on-site and internal auditing processes. Conduct investigations of complaints regarding contract compliance. Analyze findings and impose corrective action if needed, resulting in progressive discipline up to and including contract termination.* Provide technical assistance and training to network providers. Organize and provide orientations, workshops, and provider fairs.* Monitor provider compliance with MCW contract and State and Federal regulations regarding rates, audits, data collection and reporting.*Minimum Qualifications Required** Bachelor’s degree form an accredited college or university in business administration, health sciences, or related field.* A minimum of 4 years’ experience in contract monitoring and/or development.* A minimum of 4 years’ experience in areas of contract negotiation and provider relations.* A valid driver’s license.Preferred Qualifications* Experience working with long-term care and health care programs.* Experience in PACE or Partnership programs._My Choice Wisconsin is an equal opportunity employer.
