Job Brief

Responsible for the architecture and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to help the organization execute on sales, service and marketing strategies.

Job Summary:

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer II is responsible for the architecture and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to help the organization execute on sales, service and marketing strategies.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
Lead and collaborate with others on the definition, design and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables and specifications.

Work within a team on the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) of Microsoft D365.

Establish and adhere to policies, procedures and standards in ALM for Microsoft D365.

Participate in Agile activities (daily standup, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, etc.).

Provides leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans.

Provide tier 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Apply Microsoft D365 patches, updates and service packs to multiple environments (e.g.

development, UAT and production).

Set and adhere to project plans and deadlines, and works with team to identify and address any problem areas that arise.

Conduct research on emerging products, languages and standards.

Recommend and perform application improvements and upgrades.

Lead the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines.
Education and/or Experience:
4 year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, CIS or equivalent

5+ years of Application Development experience

3+ years of experience Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization (e.g.

solutions, forms, entities, workflows, views, BPFs, plugins, reports, web resources, ribbons, JavaScript, jQuery, API, REST, OData, SOAP endpoints, SDK)

3+ years of experience Microsoft Dynamics CRM system administration (e.g.

queues, business units, teams, users, security roles, duplicate detection rules and jobs, auditing)
Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM installation, upgrade and maintenance

Microsoft PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI

Microsoft Visual Studio

Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and/or Azure DevOps

Microsoft SQL Server

Agile methodologies

Ability to understand when to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM native features and when to use custom development

Ability to design, configure and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions based on native features

Ability to design, configure and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions based on complex solutions with multiple customizations, plugins, and integrations

Ability to build workflows, configure custom actions, business process flows and complex fields

Ability to configure command bar buttons, web resources, and other complex solution components

Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and control project deliverables and expectations

Understanding of CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints

Knowledge of Banking/Financial Institution regulatory requirements desired
