The Marketing Automation Specialist will strategize, develop, and optimize marketing communications that improve the member experience and drive business results. Key responsibilities will include building automated journeys for new member onboarding, activation, engagement, and lifecycle management to support the strategic goals of helping members build credit, grow savings, and give back to their communities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and Launch Member Journeys. Work with stakeholders to develop and build omni-channel customer journeys with Salesforce Marketing Cloud that are designed to drive member engagement and business impact. Channels include (but not limited to) email, SMS, and push notification.
Audience Segmentation and Automation. Develop, refine, and automate customer segmentation using marketing automation tools to help drive greater personalization, dynamic content, and business efficiencies.
Testing and Optimization. Ensure ongoing improvement of journey results through a regiment of AB testing and analysis.
Communicate Results and Collaborate Improvements. Communicate journey results and collaborate with internal stakeholders to continually improve automation and marketing strategies.
Experience and Qualifications:
2–5 years experience using marketing automation systems, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Entry level SQL experience preferred.
Proven track record of designing, executing, and optimizing customer journeys that develop customer relationships and drive organizational results.
Experience A/B testing customer journeys and marketing content to drive campaign optimization.
Strong customer empathy and dedication to great customer experiences; passionate about improving the financial lives of our members
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
