Job Description

This is a full-time, remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. 

The Manager, Network Operations manages a team of Network Relations supervisors and/or representatives responsible for loading leased and specialty provider data. In this position you will oversee the maintenance of working relationships with the existing Leased, Specialty and other Network Partners and assist with deploying new partner relationships. Develop processes to collect and maintain accurate and current provider databases relating to provider facilities and professional provider information. Assist in the development of the provider data systems. Manage the development of contracts and agreements with providers and delivery systems in conjunction with network. Engage to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met. Develop and implements training programs and educational materials for providers as well as internal staff.  Coordinate with other teams (Client File, MCPS Pricing, MCPS EDI, Network Data Management, etc.) to successfully integrate and support the Leased, Specialty and other Network Providers for pricing, channeling tools and related Network support mechanisms.

Responsibilities: 

• Accountable for team objectives including quality and turnaround time of provider data, rate linking transactions, and credentialing data.
• Develops and maintains provider data and contract rate linking policies and procedures.
• Develop, maintain and review reports (e.g. metrics, auditing, turnaround time, quality) to assess performance, identify issues and prioritize workloads.
• Set direction and provide strategic direction to team members.
• Manage and perform human resource functions for staff.
• Manages roster update process with Leased, Specialty and other Partners.
• Partner with network management to support and lead strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Provider Data Operations to include experience with provider demographics, contract loading and auditing.
• Proven ability to manage productivity and inventory.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership skills.
