We are seeking talented electrical, systems, or computer engineers to join our team to help develop many best-in-class products and solutions in our Rotary Mission Systems business area in Owego, New York.In this position, you will: Support government rotary wing aircraft contracts and programs Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications, allocate requirements, and define equipment interfaces Perform technical trade studies and support the selection of optimal design solutions Integrate hardware and software, conduct lab regression tests, support flight test.
Analyze, document and troubleshoot any resulting problem reports Work in a collaborative team environment that includes Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, Suppliers, and CustomersOwego, New York is located about 200 miles northwest of New York City and about 75 miles south of Syracuse, New York, sits just north of the border with Pennsylvania and is part of what’s known as the ” Southern Tier” section of New York State.
The region is home to Binghamton University, Ithaca College and Cornell University.
