American Recruiting and Consulting Group (ARC Group) is currently looking for a Software Engineer with LAMP to work remotely for our client.

Our client is growing and works with over 3,000 companies worldwide with 60% of them being Fortune 500 companies.

They are needing a Developer to join them remotely that has experience with LAMP stack and Drupal 8 (or higher) .

As mentioned this is a direct hire opportunity that is 100% remote.

As such, you must already have permanent work authorization and work directly on our W2 without current or future sponsorship or transfer of visas.

This position is not eligible for C2C and has no brokering.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and support of an enterprise web hosting platform and related components
Provide contributions to the overall architecture of the product with a focus on scalability, maintainability, security, and performance
Participate in all phases of the lifecycle of software application development with an emphasis on architecture, design, quality, code reviews, and implementation

Experience:
Minimum 4+ years increasingly responsible programming experience using a standard coding language and/or platform required
4+ years LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and object-oriented PHP)
2+ years developing Drupal applications, including custom module development using the Drupal API system and hooks from major Drupal core systems
Implement solutions that integrate front-end experiences with backend services via JSON web services.
Drupal 8+ experience with front end and back end development of custom modules.
Translate business requirements into well-designed and documented software components based on PHP / LAMP technologies
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain current and new Drupal CMS applications with React front ends
Proven ability to conceptualize and develop standards-compliant, cross-browser web applications utilizing Web 2.0 technologies, jQuery, AJAX.
Strong skills with database architecture and design, optimization, and development
Excellent debugging skills; able to debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Experience advocating for and using new technology to build applications of the future
