Kronos Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce’s Bellevue, WA Healthcare client is looking for a full time, direct hire Kronos Application Analyst to join the IT team.

Summary The organization is implementing a new HR, Finance and Supply Chain system along with Kronos for timekeeping.

This Analyst will lead smaller and departmental projects and is a technical specialist and consultant for the Kronos system during and after application system implementation.

This individual will oversee implementation and conversion plans and procedures and assists in the development and execution of training plans for all assigned user departments, and serves as IS liaison to assigned departments, provides regular, concise, clear feedback and updates to customers and the IS team regarding projects, activities and needs, and partners with assigned departments to develop departmental technology strategies.

Responsibilities Defines project scope and approach and appropriate project team members Educates project team on the implementation process and negotiates expectations for project process and outcomes Coordinates project so that it meets team members and users mutually agreed upon expectations Customizes work plans for projects with project team Assembles issues list and facilitates resolution of those issues Provides ongoing quality assurance review of work plan progress REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years of experience with Kronos systems implementation and support required Experience with MS Access, SQL server, andor EMREHR administrative, clinical, and financial systems preferred Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
