nnSeeking an AWS-focused DevOps Engineer to work on implementation and automation efforts.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build high-performance, highly secure, highly scalable, environment for complex financial applications being moved to the cloud (AWS).nn nn n nn nnRole:nn Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code for an enterprise desktop application moving to AWS.
You will work with peers and partners on strategic initiatives to review and inspire greatness in our AWS environment.
Help monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade infrastructure of different environments.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline.
Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple platforms and applications to understand dependencies.
Work in a blended Linux/ Windows OS environment Participate in disaster recovery excercises nn n nn nnRequirements:nn Previous experience as DevOps Engineer Experience in AWS environments, with services like EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, CodeDeploy, API Gateway.
Previous working experience with either Docker or Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD tools and source control such as GIT, SVN, Azure DevOps, Bamboo and Bitbucket.
4-6 years’ experience with either Linux or Windows Server operating systems Complex Active Directory, Group Policies, and Certificate Services, Windows infrastructure services: DNS and DHCP desired Virtualization experience in a production environment Experience administering and managing a variety of persistent data storage (MS SQL and MySQL), file shares and messaging systems Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Perl, Ruby, Python, PHP, Groovy, Bash Experience with BMS software applications and tools ideal Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience desired
