You will Be responsible for new product development, from initial concept through production and beyond. Within the first year, build out, oversee and manage a group of engineers to design and develop products for our app. Prototype and deliver experiments at a high velocity to delight our customers. Inform the architectural direction of our backend (Django + Kubernetes) & mobile (React Native) codebase, including decisions around development workflow and the release process. Shape our engineering organization—youll help develop our engineering culture,technical practices, recruiting/onboarding strategy, and strategic planning.We are currently looking for a couple of different software engineers.
