RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Wilmington Delaware (DE), Tampa Florida (FL) and Jacksonville Florida (FL) seeking multiple Java Spring Developer with Webservises / Micro Services.
These roles are long term opportunities looking for resources interested growing their career within a Fortune 500 company and increasing their technical knowledge.
Essential Functions: Resources will be exposed to many Open Sources tools to accomplish their goals They have a focus on Automating their processes within the high-volume environment The long-term goal of the team is to move into a Cloud-based environment using Micro Services Resources will be exposed to Cloud Technologies, included participating in Development Training / Certifications around Cloud / Micro Services as well as other technical certifications and trainings Agile Transformation
– This team has been utilizing the Agile Methodology for a while, so resources will be ramped to adhere to a large-scale Agile operation Internal Mobility
– Within this group a resource has multiple opportunities to move up/outward with this team and other teams in the organization Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: 6 years of experience in Java Development Experience in Spring MVC, and Spring Boot Experience working with RDBMS databases (Oracle preferred) Experience working on Scrum projects and sound understanding of the Scrum methodology Expertise in Object Orient Programing knowledge Expertise as a Java / JEE Developer Expertise building REST APIs Expertise in Spring suite of Projects with hands-on development experience in the following: Spring MVC experience (Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Data Flow, Spring Web Flow, and Spring Batch) Main Skills
– Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Micro Services (Server-Side Knowledge is Key on this team) Should be able to independently setup a Java / JEE Spring project Should be able to troubleshoot issues related to performance, security and code quality Should be well verse in JUnit Strong ability to understand OOP Concepts and Process (must have) Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and provide guidance and mentorship to other developers on the project Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
