Associate IT Delivery Manager Solon, OH 18 Months Primary Responsibilities Project planning activities such as Collaboration with Project Managers and Portfolio Managers Summaries of active project requests, priority, approval status, review hardware projections communicate top-donw initiatives, Collect bottom-up IT needs requirements Ensures continuous improvement efforts, including root cause analysis and service improvement plans, are performed and communicated with the operating company Prepare and deliver “IT Quality Reviews” and ldquoService Quality Reviewsrdquo for your assigned scope Focus on IT-related key concerns and issues own the execution of improvement action plans Work with product owners to improve businessservice processes, identify redundancies, and promote collaboration across the organization Assist in coordinating internal improvement facilitate sharing of best practices between operating companies Experience 3 years of experience with IT Technologies is required (Incident, Infrastructure, Operations or Service Delivery role) Systems support experience demonstrating a responsibility supporting corporate applications, infrastructure, andor network Experience with managing IT projectsprograms for a medium to large company Service Management experience Incident and Problem management process As a plus, Knowledge in the usage or implementation of various methodologies and associated frameworks such as ITIL ITSM, Agile SDLC, and related processes and tools Education Required Bachelorrsquos degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline is preferred Dillep Kumar PPali Team Lead apolis work 310
