May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.**_Responsibilities:_**+ High-level ownership of the technical service restoration plan across all Vendor delivered IT services and the Resolver Group Managers involved in P1 incidents+ Demonstrates technical leadership, and exerts influence outside of immediate team.
Develops innovative team solutions to complex problems.
Contributes to strategic direction for teams.+ Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to provide maintenance solutions across one or more technology areas (e.g.
Database Administration).+ Performs solution design.
Applies HP and 3rd party technologies and leads design of highly complex infrastructure and software solutions.+ Independently implements end
– user or enterprise infrastructure or services of significant complexity.+ Collaborate with peers and other service lanes to perform network latency analysis to address slow connections and user experience issues.+ Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for HP and customers.
Mentors and consults with team members and other organizations, customer and vendors on complex issues.+ Plan, coordinate and control the restoration of complex and high impact system problems that occur within the production environment+ Priorities major incidents and assign tasks to Service Support and Delivery resources as required+ Act as the central communication point for major incidents+ Understand and clearly communicate the business impact of major incidents+ Develop strong working relationships with support and delivery teams, management and liaise with support areas as required**_Education and Experience Required:_**+ Typically a technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience.**_Knowledge and Skills:_**+ Hands on experience in developing SharePoint applications – SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online+ Hands on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support for Exchange Online+ Understanding of Azure, Azure AD, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Intune etc+ Demonstrated knowledge of Office 365 Administration and Azure+ Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes+ Microsoft O365 Certification & Azure Certification, would be an added advantage+ Migration of and implementation solutions from a design/architecture perspective related to Office 365+ Understanding of entire Microsoft Office 365 suite product and solutions+ Building and executing PowerShell scripts#LI-POST**About HP**You’re out to reimagine and reinvent what’s possible—in your career as well as the world around you.Soare we.
