OnLogic, Inc.
As an associate member of the IT Team at our South Burlington, Vermont Headquarters, you will be a key liaison with the business users analyzing how they utilize the systems and highlighting areas of improvement in their day-to-day functions in this full-time role. You’ll be part of a larger initiative to streamline processes for the E commerce side of the company with an understanding of why and how the business utilizes each component of the system.
On an average day, you’ll…
Will be the functional leader for applications and technology projects pertaining to the area of specialization.
Analyze software capabilities and lead efforts to identify, prioritize and implement functionality to improve the efficiency of the business processes.
Provide leadership by researching and guiding the implementation of industry best practices.
Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation.
Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare flowcharts/wireframes.
Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications.
Validate new functionalities according to the requirement specifications.

Made up of software developers, infrastructure and security experts, systems and network engineers and business technology professionals, our IT team is constantly working to improve our internal systems to make our lives easier, while optimizing our website to do the same for our customers. From the technology we use to do our jobs, to the infrastructure that supports the way we build, test and ship our products, our IT team keeps our business running smoothly.
Requirements
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
You have a minimum of 2 years experience in an IT, business analysis, or process improvement environment.
You have knowledge of software development methodologies and tools (knowledge of Jira is a plus).
You have a working knowledge of data and process flow modeling.
You have an understanding of database concepts (DBMS, ETL, SQL).

Benefits
The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
