Description Experience with designing, development of DataStage ETL components and performance tuning for multi-dimensional models on the data warehouse Position Overview Section The Data Analytics Senior is responsible for development and operations of Business intelligence (BI), Reporting, Data management and data warehouse repository for Enterprise Supply Chain. Collaborate with team members to provide robust data analytics solutions and operational monthly dashboards. Partner with business stake holders to create solutions and play active role in supporting overall procurement cycle. Lead data and reporting initiatives by implementing design and development solutions. Execute tasks timely per requirements in a professional manner. Identify and assess data gaps and potential by providing troubleshooting in a timely manner. Implement solutions with attention to detail per requirements with end to end validation before the delivery to customers. Qualifications Demonstrated on-the-job experience getting data or proposing ways in which to measure or collect the data in the future Experience working with and manipulating the data t- answer the question at hand or develop metrics that are relevant Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Data Analytics Demonstrated on-the-job experience solving data problems, successfully and skillfully conveying process and outcomes to senior stakeholders in both written and oral formats Intellectually curious and motivated to research and learn new techniques to support Enterprise Supply Chain initiatives List the Skills and Experience Required Education Bachelors in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems Technical SkillsProficiency Experience extracting New and Innovative Insights from Complex, Non-Traditional, andor Large Data Sets Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Data Analytics tools including SQL Developer, Python, MS Access, Advanced Excel Demonstrated on-the-job experience briefing results and associated methodologies in a manner that is easy for non-technical audience to understand – Demonstrated on-the-job experience with the enterprise data systems (Financial, CRM and others) – Demonstrated experience with UnixLinuxShell Scripting – Experience working in an Agile environment – Experience with Data visualization Tools including Tableau, Microsoft Power BI – Experience in Data Warehousing and data integration with ETL Tools such as Informatica – Predictive modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and identify the right data to be analyzed from internal and external sources – Proficient in working with large-scale business data sets, fluent in scripting and rapid prototyping skills Leadership Management experience – Not Applicable.
