– Raintree101 85260 MUST sit onsite Duration 9-12 mo C2H if H1B QUALIFICATIONS -2 years of experience of hands on product administration with the Informatica suite MDM (primary) PowerCenter (plus) -Experience with data warehousing, ETL Development and ETL architecture -Ability to interact with IT and business users across the organization to resolve issues -Strong written and verbal communication skills PLUSSES Experience with BI tool administration Cognos, PowerBI, Qlik PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES Insight Global is looking for an MDM Administrator in Scottsdale, AZ.

This person will work within the Enterprise Data organization and is responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, patching, administration, performance tuning, upgrading of primarily the Informatica MDM environment.

However, this person will eventually be trained on and transition into supporting Informatica PowerCenter, PowerBI, Qlik and Cognos.

The Informatica Administrator will define, develop and document standardized monitoring procedures for data integration processes.

Duties will include -Installation, migration, configuration, maintenance, technical support and troubleshooting of Informatica Server implementations -Ability to prioritize and resolve multiple complexcritical issues and provide performance and tuning solutions to development teams -Addresses system defects and implements enhancements to existing functionality -Contribute to both application functionality and capacity requirements in a rapidly growing, changing and complex environment -Coordinate and prioritize all escalated activities, including testing, implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes -Maintains productive working relationships with project sponsors and key systems users -Participate in and contribute to the implementation of best practices and standards for the Data Integration environment including Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning -Point of contact for creating a case with Informatica Vendor and work closely with the Vendor until closure of the issue -Troubleshoots issues with minimal guidance, identifies bottlenecks in existing data workflows and provides solutions for a scalable, defect-free application -Works with onshoreoffshore team to analyze, develop and improve run times as well as produce accurate defect free code -Complies with Company policy and practices relating to the System Development Life Cycle -Provides Tier 3 support and resolution of IT issues escalated by IT Customer Support -Support audit and compliance reporting requests.
