This is a Contract position in Hillsborough County, FL posted June 2, 2020.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in search of a Human Resources
– Operations Specialist (1) in Tampa, Florida (FL).

This position provides global operational support for Indirect Procurement Operations activities.

This role is currently 100% remote and will switch back to office environment when COVID-19 ramps down.

Responsibilities: Monitor Service Desk activities across various delivery centers to ensure best in class service provided to users Escalation point for day to day operational issue resolution on Service Desk tasks performed by External Service Provider Managing issue resolution through a good working knowledge of company systems, procedures, and policies, and information sources Reviewing and resolving (or escalating appropriately) helpdesk tickets assigned to the Tier II Indirect Order Operations group Managing compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, Instruction Manual, and global processing Playbook Working closely with the ESP analytical team in developing KPI metrics and dashboard reporting Providing data analytics support for continuous improvement activities Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience At least 2-4 years of broad experience in business/operational management, with preference for Procure-to-Payment processes (Procurement Requisition to Purchase Order operations, Accounts Payable, Vendor Maintenance) Experience with large ERP system (SAP strongly preferred) and other requisition systems (Ariba preferred) Ability to employ analytical and conceptual thinking Excellent communication and customer service skills with various levels across the organization Strong analytical skills with competencies in Excel and PowerPoint Project management capabilities to monitor and drive outcomes Working understanding of sourcing methodology and transactional procurement Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
