Help Desk Analyst I

Description Robert Half Technology is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users in a growing company.

As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment.

Located in Saint Charles, Missouri, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term temporary-to-full-time role.

Responsibilities
– Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
– Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems
– Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
– Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally Requirements
– User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
– Strong familiarity with Hardware Troubleshooting
– Basic Troubleshooting experience desired
– Expertise in Network Troubleshooting
– Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
– Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
– 1 years of prior experience
– IT support ticketing system experience desired
