Because of our rapid growth, we have immediate roles available for highly motivated Hardware Electrical Engineer to join our Transition to Production, Production Support and Sustainment team. Engineers should have good knowledge/experience in one or more of the technical disciplines; Digital, Analog, RF, Microwave, SWR, or Test development and strong desire to learn more in all the technical areas. In this role, you will have a chance to grow your technical and leadership skills as you support the continued production and sustainment of various card assemblies, and subsystems. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced Military Platforms. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Assessing design updates to circuit card assemblies * Conducting circuit analyses to assess performance impacts * Driving product yield and affordability improvements * Driving product respins caused by part obsolescence or quality issues * Leading the debug of complex circuits * Mentoring technicians * Working with hardware suppliers * Working in partnership with a cross functional team to ensure on time deliveries of quality products to support the War Fighter.
