What You’ll Bring Excellent technical acumen including an understanding of enterprise security network architecture and security operations A deep understanding of the modern cyber-crime threat landscape An analytical mind-set coupled proven ability to analyze and utilize data and create Threat Intelligence indicators An understanding of the intelligence cycle, threat, and attack vectors Python or other scripting languages Experience with log analysis and data analytics, Web-Application Firewalls, Maltego Knowledge of Cyber-Crime Threat Detection, Intelligence Operations and Application Security Previous experience with Incident Response, Project Management, Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) Previous experience working in complex, matrixed organizations Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, with three or more years’ work experience in a cyber-security-related role OR at least five years of work experience in a cyber-security specific role with a demonstrable understanding of the cyber threat landscape as well as best practice prevention and detection techniques.

This analyst is responsible for the assessment and monitoring of security controls placed throughout multiple lines of business within the enterprise to both ensure compliance to policies and standards, identify control gaps in applications and external relationships, and identify and characterize risks to the business.

As a member of the Cyber Crime Governance team, you will play a key role in strengthening TransUnion’s worldwide proactive defensive and preventive security posture against fraud and cyber-crime.

The successful candidate will possess problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to task manage to ensure the completion of deliverable and milestone objectives with confidence.

Engage with business partners throughout the enterprise to coordinate and execute regular and response assessments of security controls.

Develop and execute procedures for assessment and monitoring in accordance with the Enterprise Cyber-Crime Governance Policy and Standards.

Work with business partners to provide recommendations for remediation in identify control gaps.

Provide actionable insights, guidance and subject matter expertise to internal partners Develop and monitor standard reporting of metrics and develop and mature key risk indicators and key performance indicators to identify trends and emerging risks.

Participate in root cause analysis and immediate risk mitigation in response to Cyber-Crime events.
