Candidate may live in a variety of US cities Key member of the Crowe Financial Services Consulting team that creates business development opportunities for Crowe’s Financial Services Consulting offerings in new and existing mid-market and enterprise accounts.
This individual will work with senior members of the Financial Services Consulting team to develop a business development strategy that will enable growth.
Crowe’s Financial Services Consulting group is highly innovative and dynamic, creating new offerings annually that will be aligned to the marketplace.
The business development leader will be responsible for executing Crowe Marketforce activities and influencing key decisions around our Renaissance objectives, thought leadership, account-based marketing, and radiation plans.
Crowe’s Financial Services practice is responsible for 25% of the firm’s revenue and operates nationally.
Crowe’s Financial Services Consulting practice represents 40% of the Financial Services practice and the majority of the revenue for up-market and enterprise accounts.
An ideal background for this role is someone who has experience working with leaders at banks, fintech’s, credit unions, brokerages, insurance companies, and/or other financial institutions.
Crowe has a developed ecosystem of partners, including technology providers to the industry and major banking associations.
This person will be instrumental in leveraging existing ecosystem relationships and developing new partnerships to support market activities.

Working with Crowe’s leadership and partners to identify key microsegments and develop Marketforce strategies.
An element of this will be to identify, account plan, and radiate strategic client relationships.
Be an integral part of our innovation and transformation through providing market insights to new product development.
Seek opportunities to contribute thought leadership to the external marketplace and present at professional associations or other industry meetings.
Qualifications: 8 years of aligned experience.
Preferred 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
A minimum of 3 years of experience building trusted relationships at the executive level within financial services companies.
Ability to complete sales meetings and presentations independently, with little to no supervision at the highest levels of an organization.
Ability to travel and cover a regional or national client footprint.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree highly preferred Strong organizational, project management, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Self-driven individual, responsible for accountability of daily activities toward overall goal Goal oriented individual who will develop stretch goals for business development and overall Marketforce enhancement.
Someone who is comfortable interacting at the executive level within the firm and with clients.
A track record of success building new relationships and generating offering discussions financial services executives.
An existing network of financial services company executives who are responsible or influential in procuring consulting services.
This position requires a minimum of 50% travel
