Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 4,900 retail branches, 17 customer service centers, and approximately 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia.

CSBB Chief Marketing Office provides marketing support for the CSBB businesses and the Marketing Centers of Excellence (COE) support for marketing needs across the enterprise.

The team has accountability to define the line of business marketing strategy and execute marketing campaigns.

The mission of CSBB Consumer Marketing is to deliver financial solutions that rebuild trust and meet the needs of our key consumer segments by using data-driven insights and personalized marketing capabilities that create incremental customer growth, build deep relationships and improve customer experience.

In support of this mission, the CSBB Financial Health Marketing team is responsible for developing and launching marketing strategies for new products/services and plans in support of the financial health business strategies/CVP; leveraging deep insights and analytics about consumers and businesses; executing customer messaging across all channels and touch points; and leveraging capabilities that move toward real-time, always-on, personalized and compelling messaging and digital experiences.

The Financial Health Marketing Program Manager 3 position on the CSBB Branch Banking/Consumer Segments/Fin Health Marketing team focuses on strategy development and overall program management of financial health marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate must have superior skills in developing financial health marketing strategies (anchored in consumer insights) and translating them into new product launch programs and initiatives that engage customers, create value/deepen relationships and drive loyalty.

Key responsibilities within this position includes: Develop and launch marketing strategies and plans for new Financial Health products/services Implement multi-channel complex marketing initiatives from conception to completion
– includes ideation, opportunity sizing, strategy and program development, proof of concept design and testing, and managing overall program implementation in a timely fashion.

Oversee campaign execution and proactively communicate progress of key milestones to stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables to meet agreed upon launch dates.

Collaborate across the organization (w/ COEs, product marketing and business partners) using a consultative approach to identify, cultivate, prioritize and drive implementation of new strategic programs that meet the needs of our customers, drive emotional connection and loyalty.

Ensures adherence to Legal, Compliance, and Privacy regulations and policies related to marketing.

May lead virtual cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications 7 years of marketing experience Desired Qualifications 4 years of marketing campaign management and execution experience Ability to develop and lead implementation of strategic business development initiatives and marketing strategies Experience managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously Strategic planning and development experience Ability to analyze trends in the competitive marketplace and related marketing developments Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Other Desired Qualifications The successful candidate will possess outstanding leadership and communication skills be a strong influencer with the ability to clearly articulate a problem/opportunity, conceptualize solutions and work with COEs/partners to build new approaches to market to our customers.

The successful candidate will bring experience evaluating market data and formulating effective strategies and marketing programs across multiple platforms.

The successful candidate will have a bias to action and demonstrate the ability to translate and prioritize initiatives with clear, actionable deliverables and timing.

The successful candidate will have experience with new product launches and the ability to serve as a SME to the business as they develop new products/services.

The successful candidate will bring knowledge across marketing channels: digital paid media, social media, digital on-us, email, in-branch, print, and ATM.
